Return Policy Eligibility
At Aquadrop Water Purifier, we aim to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. Products or services are eligible for return or replacement under the following conditions:
- The product delivered is damaged, defective, or incomplete
- The item is different from what was ordered
- Accessories, manuals, or warranty cards are missing
- The product is non-functional on arrival
- Returns are not accepted for:
- Products clearly marked as non-returnable
- Items damaged due to mishandling or misuse by the customer
- Products without original packaging, tags, or accessories
Note: All return requests must be raised within 10 days of delivery.
How to Request a Return?
To initiate a return:
Email us at support@aquadroppurifier.com with:
- Your order ID
- A short reason for return
- Clear photos of the item (if damaged or defective)
Our team will verify your request and may schedule a technician visit for inspection if required.
Once approved, we will initiate the return or replacement process.
Return Conditions
For a successful return:
- The product must be in unused condition
- Must include the original packaging, MRP tag, user manual, and warranty card (if provided)
- Products must match what was shipped (serial number, model, etc.)
Refund Policy
Once your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method or bank account.
Refund Timelines
Payment Mode Refund Time
- UPI / Net Banking (2–4 Business Days)
- Credit / Debit Card (2–4 Business Days)
- Pay on Delivery (via NEFT) (3–5 Business Days)
- Wallet Refund (if any) (Within 24 Hours)
- Cheque (if applicable) (7–10 Business Days)
Refunds will only be made to the original source of payment. Third-party accounts are not accepted.
Shipping Cost Refund
We will refund up to ₹100 towards return shipping costs for eligible returns (in case of damaged or incorrect items).
For bulky or large items, additional shipping refund can be considered upon submission of courier receipt or valid proof of charges.
Shipping cost refund does not apply to returns due to buyer remorse or change of mind.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items may be labeled as non-returnable due to hygiene, safety, or warranty restrictions. However, if such items are defective or damaged, you may still contact us within 10 days of delivery for assistance.
Cancellations
You may cancel your service request or product order before it is dispatched or the technician is assigned. For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed as per our refund policy above.
