Terms & Condition

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of services provided by Aquadrop Water Purifier (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By booking any service with us (installation, repair, or maintenance), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

Services Provided

Aquadrop Water Purifier provides the following services:

  • Installation of new water purifiers
  • Repair of malfunctioning RO systems
  • Routine servicing and maintenance of water purifiers

We work with trained service technicians, some of whom may be third-party professionals acting under partnership agreements.

Booking & Confirmation

Bookings can be made via phone, website, or other approved platforms.

  • A confirmation will be sent via SMS, WhatsApp, or email upon successful booking.
  • Please ensure accurate contact and address details for prompt service.

Pricing & Payment

  • Prices for services will be informed at the time of booking or during technician inspection.
  • Service charges may vary based on the purifier brand, parts required, or service complexity.
  • All payments must be made in full upon service completion. We accept cash, UPI, or other digital payments.
  • Any replacement parts used will be charged separately.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled by contacting our customer support at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled time.

A cancellation fee may apply for last-minute cancellations or repeated no-shows.

Warranty & Liability

We provide a limited service warranty (up to 9 days) on repairs and part replacements unless stated otherwise.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage
  • Damage due to misuse or unauthorized repair
  • Issues arising from low-quality input water or power fluctuations

Aquadrop Water Purifier is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to product malfunction, water quality issues, or technician error beyond the value of the service provided.

User Responsibilities

Ensure the technician has safe and clear access to the purifier and related utilities (electric socket, water source).

  • Keep children and pets away during service work for safety reasons.
  • Inform us of any known issues or previous modifications to the system.

Third-Party Products & Brands

We service and install products from various water purifier brands. All trademarks and logos are the property of their respective owners.

We are an independent service provider and not directly affiliated with any particular brand unless specified.

Communication Consent

By using our services, you agree to receive transactional messages (SMS, WhatsApp, or calls) related to your bookings, as well as promotional offers unless opted out.

Amendments

Aquadrop Water Purifier reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be available on our website. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, India.
